This beautiful twill has wonderful drape and a supple hand. It comes from the workrooms of one of 7th Avenue's masters, where it is made into blouses and dresses selling for many hundreds of dollars. I just love this for a dress using Papercut Patterns Meridian Dress. It will also work beautifully for a pussy-bow blouse using McCalls M8147.
