This lovely blouse-or-dress weight rayon from Robert Kaufman has a beautiful print of roses in soft blues. The drape and hand are so lovely. Make a beautiful skirt using Le 417 Flared and Drapery Skirt. For a softly draping top, make it into Marfy 5140.
