This ITY has a chevron print in beautiful colors and a soft finish. It's not double brushed - it's much higher quality. It has an almost flannel-y finish that gives it a little more heft in its hand. ITY jersey is one of my favorite fabrics to sew. It's comfortable and easy to work with. This one will make a fabulous dress, top, or skirt.
