I got some sample lengths from one of the top designers in NY (think someone who has a following in Hollywood, as well). This lovely, lovely, blend has a hand that falls about halfway between taffeta and crepe de chine. It's a jacquard weave, in shades of blue that can work for just about anyone! Make it into a dress, skirt, shirt, and more.
