Whenever I see a coated linen, I always jump at it, and this is among the most lovely coated linens I've ever seen! It's whisper light, perfect for blouses and dresses. The base fabric is a deep tan color, and the gold coating gives it a seductive glow. Purple prose? Maybe - but you have to see this fabric in person - it's that beautiful!
