Polka Dot Double Faced Silk Taffeta - Black/White to Black

O.M.Goodness!!! This heavy silk taffeta comes from the atelier of 0scar dl R, and it is fabulous! I first felt this and it screamed Dior couture (okay, maybe that's because I was in Paris recently, but really!). One side has white polka dots on black, reversing to solid black. Both sides can be used as the face, giving you a myriad of design options. It has a beautiful hand, perfect for formal dresses, jackets, or separates.
