NY Designer Silk Noil - Ukrainian Sunflower

I've been looking for silk noil for ages, so when I saw this, I had to get it! This is really soft, with that almost "oily" feel that's the hallmark of a quality silk noil (it's because of the nature of the raw silk used). This one is a vibrant color that will brighten any day. Make a soft skirt with Style Arc Candice Skirt. It's also a great choice for a dress using Itch to Stitch Fistera.

Any slubs in this fabric are normal, and are not considered defects.
