This beautiful lace comes from the atelier of one of the top fashion houses in New York, whose work is synonymous with society doyennes and celebrities who walk the red carpet. It is BEYOND Gorgeous, with floral motifs and scallops at both edges, so you can lay out your hems to align with the scallops. This is perfect for a skirt, top, or jacket. 

Note: there is one motif that got some gray threads woven into it. I marked the selvage close to it with tape so you can cut around it. It's not dirt, it came from the mill.
