I literally squeaked when I saw this fabric - it's so lovely, and so fun! With tiny sequins sewn on stretch mesh, culminating in fringe at the bottom, this will make a fabulous dress, skirt, or top. The sequins run from selvage to selvage, and the stretch is in the lengthwise direction, so you can use a cross-grain layout to take advantage. I also really like the idea of making a crop-ish top by positioning the fringe so it's over your midriff. How fun!
