Squiggle Quilted Cotton Coating - Navy/White

This amazing cotton fabric is so pretty, with a classic curvilinear quilting pattern. The face is a bright navy blue; the reverse is bright white. They sandwich a layer of batting, to keep you warm in chilly conditions. Suitable for women, men, and children alike, you can make it into a jacket, vest, or coat. I'd use a Hong Kong finish on the seams and bind the edges and hems to finish it.
