Silk Faille Taffeta - Hot Pink

Oh. My. Gracious! This stunner of a silk is simply beyond! It's taffeta, but with a ribbed finish a la silk faille. It's got firm hand and will work beautifully for tailored and pleated looks (ball gowns!). I've seen this fabric selling in chi-chi fabric stores for upwards of $150/yard. And the shade of pink is stunning! Half way between Schiaparelli and Barbie, and all beautiful.

Here's another hint about working with taffeta. To avoid excessive wrinkling (think Princess Diana's crumpled wedding gown), underline it with our Silk Organza. You'll be glad you did!
