Raincoating Taffeta - Navy Blue

I got several sample yardages from a top-of-the-line raincoat designer on my last buy-in sojourn, and this is a classic in the making!  This lightweight raincoating has a satiny face that reverses to a more matte finish. This will work beautifully for a jacket, trench, anorak, or coat.
