NY Designer Silk Noil - Heathered Light Blue

Silk noil tends to be harder to find than hen's teeth, so when I saw this, I had to get it! This is really soft, with that almost "oily" feel that's the hallmark of a quality silk noil (it's because of the nature of the raw silk used). The color is a lovely shade of blue (the Pantone number) and white, giving it a textural heathered look. Make a soft skirt, jacket, pants or dress.
